With NaviNet, you only need one username and password to interact with the health plans you work with the most!

All you need is a PC and Internet access! NaviNet will:
- Greatly reduce the number of phone calls to UnitedHealthcare.
- Significantly decrease paper- and fax-based processes with UnitedHealthcare.
- Streamline and improve the efficiency of communication with UnitedHealthcare.
- Improve overall staff satisfaction.
Your office already has access to NaviNet for UnitedHealthcare!
You must create your personal list of UnitedHealthcare providers before you begin. Simply log on to NaviNet and:
- Click UnitedHealthcare in the Plan Central menu.
- Use the Provider Maintenance function to enter your office’s Tax ID(s) and Group/Office Name(s).
- NaviNet will retrieve UnitedHealthcare provider information for you.
You only need to do this once; the information you enter will be saved. You can make changes to your personal provider list at any time using the same steps.
