Adding Highmark and NaviMedix as Trusted Sites to Your Browser

Security settings in your Internet Explorer browser may prevent information from an outside or "non-trusted" source from being displayed. Data that NaviNet needs to perform certain Mountain State BCBS transactions is found on systems hosted by Highmark.

To ensure that your Mountain State BCBS transactions work seamlessly, add both NaviMedix.com and Highmark.com to your web browser's list of trusted sites. This is a one time change, and must be done on each computer you will use to access Mountain State BCBS/NaviNet transactions.

1. Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then choose Internet Options.
   
   
2. Click the Security tab, click Trusted Sites, and then click the Sites... button.
   
   

3. Type highmark.com and click Add. Type navimedix.com and then click Add.

   Note: Do not place a check mark next to "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone."

   
4. When you are done, click OK to exit the Trusted Sites window, and OK again to close the Internet Options window.
