My company has offices in more than one location. Do I have to enroll separately for every location?

Yes, you must complete the enrollment process for each location.

What will happen to the transactions I previously submitted on Aetna's secure provider website? Will they still be there? Can I view them?

Transactions submitted for referral and precertification can be viewed by accessing the corresponding inquiry transactions within NaviNet.

Will I still have my provider "favorites" list, so I can easily choose a "referring to" or "attending" doctor?

Previously saved user lists on Aetna's secure provider website cannot be moved to the NaviNet website. Therefore, new users of NaviNet will need to recreate their "favorites" lists.

How are you able to offer NaviNet at no cost?

NaviNet is sponsored by Aetna and the other trading partners with which we work. NaviMedix has been offering free access to providers since 1999.
